An unauthorized visitor to our planet, Bobo resists all MIB authority. Aggressive and destructive when agitated, Bobo is an intergalactic bad seed causing chaos wherever he goes. Bobo represents himself as a disgruntled postal worker and uses this cover for covert Alien weapon transport. He brought to Earth the Fax machine (and later the Plain Paper Fax machine) in return for bail from jail. However, he is keeping secret the anti-page jamming technology for a better deal (and to generally frustrate office workers everywhere!).
