Known Weakness: Vain & Egocentric… His obsession with Jonathan Power's destruction jeopardizes his otherwise logical plots.
Special Tactical Weapon: Transportable Zapblade.
Military Insignia: Emblem of the Bio Dread Empire.
Current Status: Rarely leaves Volcania. From his Interlocker throne, he prefers to "Lock-in" Warlord-Class Bio Dreads to mastermind battle.
Warning: Cyborg abilities greatly amplify mental and physical powers - while also deadening human emotions. He is extremely evil.
