The biggest vehicle in series one and one of the biggest in the whole run of M.A.S.K., Rhino was a long-nose tractor rig that turned into a mobile defense unit, that is a moving heavily armed playset. The box also included two 3" action figures (Matt Tracker and Bruce Sato with their respective battle helmets) as well as a big missile (which came both in black and in light grey color). As a truck the vehicle looked very realistic, featuring opening doors, chromed detailing (from the front bumpers to the side mirrors), detailed interior and rubber tires. Two chrome buttons hidden behind the sleeper compartment activated a battering ram on the front of the vehicle and an ejection seat on the passenger side. The back part of the vehicle could be separated to form an all-terrain vehicle with dual suspensions, the smokestacks could be lowered to form gas cannons and the sleeper compartment could be elongated to reveal a "computerized" battle station. In this mode, a red button on the back wall of the station activated a huge spring powered missile launcher. More, each figure sported seven points of articulation (neck, shoulders, hips knees) and a removable battle mask.
