The European campaign of WW2 saw many different kinds of troops on each side of the war. These men, no matter their reasons for fighting adapted to the situation given to them. They trained to survive and just tried to make it through all the chaos. Through every battle they tried to persevere and stay optimistic that they would see the end of it. No matter their reasons or ideals, all of these men responded to their Call of Duty.
