Muskrat spent his formative years up to his knees in one Louisiana swamp or another, hunting raccoon, possum, and wild pig. He held his own against poachers, 'gator skinners, moonshiners, escapes from chain gangs, and smugglers. After that childhood, Ranger school, and JWTC (Jungle Warfare Training Center) seemed like summer camp to him, so he joined the rigorous G.I. Joe team. His years in the Louisiana bayou gave him the perfect background for hunting criminals like the Headhunters in the swamps along the Florida coast. And even if he has to chase them through alligator infested waters he knows he'll get his man, no one can outrun him OR his bullets!
