Modulok was a slave of Skeletor who escaped his former master and went to the Evil Horde due to Hordak's hatred towards Skeletor. They made a plan to both destroy Skeletor and take over Eternia, but were stopped by He-Man's new Thunder Punch power.

Modulok also has some scientific knowledge, being the creator of Multi-Bot.
