Stass Allie was a Tholothian Jedi knight. She was younger cousin to Adi Gallia, another more reverred and distinguished Jedi who was killed during the clone war.
Stass made her mark on undercover operations in the outer rim in 22 bby when she was called into action to reinforce a 250 member jedi strikeforce making its way to Geonosis to rescue Naboo's young Senator Padme Amidala and two of their comrades Obi-wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The mission had devastating results and fewer than 30 Jedi survived. Stass Allie was one of those lucky few and was given masterhood status in recognition of this, and was made a Jedi General, resuming her high risk work in the outer rim and seldom returning to the Temple on Coruscant.

As the losses were becoming more heavy for the Republic and the wartime budget becoming increasingly threadbare half way into the war, Master Allie, a healer, was called in on various medstations with other healers away from the frontlines to mend injured clones, as her proclivity in the art of jedi healing was much needed to get clones back into battle, in attempts to save the Republic a preventable loss of clones, save on the raking costs of medical treatment, supplies, hospitalisation and other services wavering under the weight of clone casualties and reduce the heavy costs of additional clone production in high demand, already at maximum capacity on Kamino.

Allie later accepted a position on the Jedi Council to replace her cousin and former master Adi Gallia who was murdered by the Sith Apprentice Savage Opress on Florrum and would serve on that body for the remainder of the war, also inheriting Gallia's 91st Reconnaissance Corps battalion. Allie spent a considerable amount of time grieving for her cousin and fighting the urge to seek vengeance against the nightbrother.

Allie became acquainted with fellow Council member Shaak Ti and the two would later be assigned the protection detail of Chancellor Palpatine, accompanied by distinguished Jedi Knights B'ink Utrila, Roth-del Masona, Foul Moudama and Roron Corobb, during the battle of Coruscant. Despite their best efforts, the Chancellor would be kidnapped by General Grievous and all but Allie and Ti would perish. In the immediate aftermath the two councillors would take time away to recover from their injuries.

Stass Allie's life was cut tragically short in 19 BBY while leading a mop up operation on the planet Saleucemi with her clone battalion, when they gunned her down aboard her speeder upon the commencement of Order 66 - signalling the galaxy wide extermination of jedi Generals and Commanders by their clone units.
