Spider-Man must take to the sea in order to stop Carnage's quest for total domination over the world's oceans! Spidey's floating Sea Web is his secret weapon against Carnage and his symbiotic sea creatures. The floating web ring is covered with a translucent dome that protects Spidey from any attack, but lets him use his Mega Hydro Cannon to blast his foes while protected. While pummeling Carnage with his cannon, Spidey is able to take down the battered villain and end his evil plans.

(Figure uses the same mold as Spider-Man/Animated - Series 6/Spider-Man (Web Cannon), 1995, but molded in translucent plastic and repainted.
Gun is a repaint of X-Men/Water Wars/Nightcrawler (Aqua Attack), 1997.
