I dremeled a lot of plastic from the torso which was ridiculously long, a lot more inside the thighs and then cut a bit on his knees and drmeled new holes for the pegs. I touched up his face a little as well as the ligghtning bolt. It is still big next to my 6" scale mainly mafex and figuarts figures, but he looks good as the rock is meant to be big.
