These Rolla Koopas were in the new game Super Mario Bros. Wonder. These Koopas have a pink shell and skates with white boots. The base figure I used was a red Koopa Troopa, and the skates were from My Little Pony. They had some white, soft fuzzy material on the skate, I guess that was the boot. I easily removed it and repainted the skates. The wheels were already pink so that worked out.
