I grew up reading things like Weird War Tales and all the other DC War comics. I remembered the Creature Commandos very well and was excited to hear James Gunn was going to use them. My customs are based more on the old comics than the new series. I figured that a team based on a military outfit would be perfect use of G.I. Joes. Warren Griffith (a werewolf), Sgt. Vincent Velcro (a vampire), Pvt. Elliot "Lucky" Taylor (a Frankensteinian monster) and Dr. Myrna Rhodes (a gorgon). The Werewolf was the Native American G.I. Joe with a Bronze Tiger head. The Vampire is a Cobra character with a Sodom Yat Head, Lucky used a Roadblock body and a Steve Rogers head, the gorgon was a Lady Jaye with the hair sculpted with Milliput. My son told me she needed more snakes. I told him I had enough snakes. Painted with acrylics. Let me know what you think
