I removed the hands from a Silver Surfer, removed the lower legs and attached the feet to the knees. Drilled holes for Weapon X hands. Used Warpath's wrist bracelets. Repainted whole figure.

Looks good, but without the lower legs he kinda reminds me of Cotton from King of the Hill.
