This is the second version of Swordsman who is actually from an alternate reality Earth(921) and his name is Philip Javert. He was made using the early version of Bullseye and shoulder pieces from an animated Hawkeye. Everything else was sculpted and then finished with paint. Gave him a sword I had laying around.
