I used a giant man as the base figure. I used apoxie a\b to sculpt the belt, buckle, holsters, guns, skull ring, and the partial mask. I used Krylon plum paint(it's an aerosol can, but I spray it into a a bottle and brush it onto the figure). I use Mod Podge Matte Finish as a sealant. I used Tamiya Flat Black and Flat Grey for the boots, belt, skull, and guns and Flat Flesh for the face and extra hands.
