action figure noob with lots of unidentified figures in Identify Help by kawaiicaptain
Thursday, January 12, 2017
   [Edit]
So a tenant of my recently moved and I guess couldn't take his stuff with him. along with a Nintendo n64, nes, gameboy, ps2, psp, and a buttload of movies and games, he left behind a bunch of action figures. I am having trouble identifying A)what/who they are and B) their worth (if any at all)

I would appreciate any help identifying this stuff. I don't know if you can upload pictures on this forum. if you can please tell me how. if not, then let me know and i will create an imgur album. thanks!

edit; alot of the figures have weapons or cloaks missing but I have a lot of random weapons/cloaks that I dont know where they belong to so I'll also have pictures of that....[See More]

You can post pictures, just paste the direct link to the image. Or you can just post a link to the Imgur album, that's probably easier.

We also have Checklists that might help http://www.figurerealm.com/actionfigure

But if the stuff really is missing and scattered, you may be better off selling the stuff in lots.
Yellow Monsterman and Henchman - What figures are these guys? in Identify Help by mogens
Friday, November 11, 2016
   [Edit]
Hi - Looking through my collection I see these guys, I remember getting them back in the 80s sometime, never seen figures like them again. The big yellow guy can light up his chest medallion with a lighter flint mechanic. He came with a blue goblin sidekick. Here is a photo:[Picture]...[See More]

Car for 7 inches figures. in Identify Help by Deaditor
Monday, September 26, 2016
   [Edit]
Hi I'm looking for a modern looking toy car large enough to sit 2 7 inch figures. In going to customise the car but I'd like a base to start with, any ideas? I've tried looking for marvel select/ DC Dirrect, Neca etx but can't seem to find anything. It's iritis ting that 7 inch scale gets little attention in the vehicle front. Spiderman has had cars in 6 inch scale for goodness sake and there's even a 1:18 bat mobile a 3.75 one and several 5-6 inch ones. Where is the love?...[See More]

It's funny I've tried technic etc but I'm tempted to buy electronic cars at 1/10th scale to see if that would work.

If it comes down to scratch building the thing, try using LEGO Technic beams as the frame and friction-welding styrene sheets to it. You can buy them in bulk for cheap because they aren't as popular as the other LEGO lines, plus there are plenty of options for engineering your own steering, rims, extra functions, etc.

Who is this four-armed red dude? in Identify Help by Patraw
Tuesday, July 19, 2016
   [Edit]
I bought a bunch of toys from a thrift store the other day and was wondering if any of you know know who the four-armed (three cyber, one normal) red dude in the bottom right corner of the photo is? I know the identity of all of the rest of the toys in the photo (Trash Bag Bunch Sgt. Wastenot, Star Wars Galactic Heroes Super Battle Droid, Transformers Micromasters Road Hugger, and Transformers Cybertron Scattorshot). The bottom of his foot says "TCP 1995", but, other than that, there's no other copyright information. He looks like something from Image Comics to me, but that's my best guess. He just looked cool, and was only fifty cents, so I snapped him up.

Thank you for the prompt reply and identification! I never even knew that they made Cyber Force toys, other than the Legendary Comic Book Heroes 6" Ripclaw (series 1) and Stryker (series 2) that Toy Biz put out and the Ripclaw McFarlane Toys made.

Looking at the full assortment online, I can see now that the thrift store also had the Ballistic toy too--I thought about buying her, but didn't, as I didn't know who the heck she was either.

Bought a bag of random weapons and accessories from 80s era action figures. Just not sure which lines they belong to. Anyone recognize any of these weapons? I think some of these are from Remco lines possibly. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

The Second picture with the three gold swords are from G1 Transformers. I believe the one by the axe is from Predacons Rampage, middle sword is from Tantrum and the one on the end is from Rampage.

Thanks so much for the tip! I had a feeling some of these were from Transformers. Those three swords belong to Razorclaw, Rampage, and Predaking. Not sure about the axe though.

Teen Titans in Identify Help by awash
Tuesday, April 26, 2016
   [Edit]
Hi, might have posted in the wrong topic - apologies if that is the case.

Trying to find out a complete history of titans action figures/dolls but can't seem to find much about any DC toys prior to the DC Universe launch. Were there ever any Teen Titans toys prior to the Bandai collection? Thanks!...[See More]

Thanks! Will add to the ever growing list.

As I said before, it's tough to find anything prior to DC Direct / Mattel's DC Universe, and even then, there was the Bandai USA spin-off within that time frame.

I saw some Mego-looking dolls here http://www.classictvtoys.com/teentitans ... our-1.aspx

They're probably made recently though. There may be other "new retro style" figures like that, like Super Friends-style figs.

Then there's all the DC Direct stuff.

Spider-Man Hasbro Trilogy Release 2008ish in Identify Help by Prototype Collector
Friday, January 22, 2016
   [Edit]
I received this latest Mock Up from overseas. It is from the Hasbro Trilogy Series. I think it's a web shooting pose. The thing that throws me is that the pose on the card matches nothing I google. The accessories are different. Both his arms are jointed at shoulder and elbow. Torso is one piece and when legs squeezed together it must fire the webs per se. I am trying to find the released version of the web shooting trilogy series spiderman from Hasbro. any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. Mike
