What color or colors would I use to repaint the face of a Marvel Legends Ultimate Captain America?

Well I hope you enjoy. Check out all the tutorials on the Realm while you're at it, you'll find a lot of in depth information on different subjects. I'll try to answer any questions you can't find as well. Last thing, practice your paints on a dummy figure before trying it on the actual custom. It'll save you a lot of headache and mess.

I use Testor's acrylic paints myself. More specifically I use Testor's Model Master Skin Tone Tint Base and Skin Tone Warm to start. Experiment with adding other colors to those two to get the shade you're looking for. Just make sure they're all Testor paints. I've found that trying to mix different brands of paints doesn't work well together.
