B.J. Blazkowicz Wolfenstein Custom Figure

I want to make a custom B.J. figure to go with my DoomSlayer and Duke Nukem figures , but I’m having trouble finding a figure to use as a base. I’m looking for 7 inch scaled World War II figures (just plastic, no fabric) to use as the base. If anyone knows of a figure or figure series that could work I’d appreciate the help.
